The LWY84B far-infrared temperature controlled digestion furnace can be used in agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, geology, petroleum, chemical industry, food and other departments, as well as higher education institutions and scientific research departments for digestion treatment of plant, seed, feed, food, soil, ore and other samples before chemical analysis. It can be used in conjunction with an ammonia analyzer.
This device needs to adopt an integrated structure of controller and furnace body, fully considering the actual usage information of users in product design. 2、 Working principle of far-infrared temperature control and digestion furnace
The LWY848 far-infrared digestion furnace adopts a new type of far-infrared element as the heating element. After the element is heated according to the elemental infrared timing, it mainly emits far-infrared rays of 1.5 to 2.5 meters, which are easily absorbed by the heating element and excite resonance, causing the temperature of the heating element to rise and accelerating the digestion of the sample. The temperature sensing element thermocouple measures the temperature of the protective body and transmits it to the bridge circuit in the form of electric music. The bridge circuit compensates for the cold end of the thermocouple, and then sends the signal to a single-chip microcomputer. The computer completes A/D conversion, converts the analog signal into a digital signal, and performs linear compensation. The digital display part displays it clearly and intuitively. The temperature value to be controlled is set by the setting part. And the measured temperature is compared with the set value by a microcomputer using PID Adjustment method: The heating power of the furnace can be adjusted with time and changes in conditions, and the furnace temperature can be kept constant at the set temperature.
