Measurement principle:

The measurement principle of NH3-N is based on the ultraviolet (UV) absorption spectrum of ammonia gas in equilibrium with the liquid phase. Add a small amount of sodium hydroxide to the tested sample to convert NH4+into NH3. Then apply Fourier transform to the spectrum to extract the characteristic ammonia (NH3) absorption signal, so as to measure the NH4+content and obtain the ammonia nitrogen content.
