Overview of Organic Silicon Dust Collector Skeleton:
The organic silicon dust collector frame, bag frame, and bag cage are suitable for the treatment of corrosive dust in industrial boilers, thermal power station boilers, and chemical plants of various models and combustion methods. The problem of dust accumulation at the bottom of the filter bag in the organic silicon dust collector bag cage needs to be dealt with in a timely manner in order to fully play its role in the industry and avoid damage to the organic silicon dust collector frame. The organic silicon dust collector frame continues to produce good performance and value in dust removal.
Organic silicon dust removal skeleton processing technology:
1. Immerse the processed bag cage into the degreasing tank for 15 minutes to remove any oil stains on the surface of the bag cage.
2. Take out the bag cage from the degreasing tank and immerse it in the cleaning tank for cleaning, with the aim of removing the degreaser from the bag cage.
3. Remove the bag cage from the cleaning tank and place it in the rust removal tank for rust removal treatment, with the aim of removing the metal oxide layer on the bag cage and enhancing its adsorption force.
4. Take out the cage bone from the rust removal tank and place it in the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment, with the aim of enhancing the adhesion of the bag cage surface.
5. Place the processed bag cage in the oven at a temperature of $2100 ℃ and dry it for 20-30 minutes to remove moisture from the bag cage and maintain its dryness.
6. Remove the bag cage and evenly spray the prepared silicone onto the surface of the bag cage. The coating thickness is between 60 μ m and 100 μ m.
7. Place the sprayed bag cage in the oven at a temperature of $2220 ℃ and bake for 120 minutes. Afterwards, maintain a temperature of $2200 ℃ and heat set for 30 minutes. The natural cooling of the bag cage completes the organic silicon spraying process for the bag cage.
8. The adhesive strength of organosilicon is strong with a thickness between 60-70 μ m.
