The composition of waste gas from plastic factories is complex, and general waste gas treatment equipment can achieve the expected goals through actual on-site design. Plastic granulation waste gas treatment (water spray+activated carbon adsorption)

Collected through a gas collection hood, it enters the water spray waste gas treatment tower through branch and main pipes. After further cleaning and treatment in the wet cyclone plate waste gas tower, it enters the activated carbon adsorption device through a pressurized induced draft fan. Organic gas is adsorbed by activated carbon in the bed. Activated carbon is suitable for high flow and low concentration organic waste gas. Activated carbon adopts granular activated carbon with a specific surface area (adsorption area) of up to 500-1500m2/g. The specific surface area is large, thus it has high surface activated carbon and adsorption capacity. The low concentration organic gas emitted is adsorbed on its active surface and purified before being discharged from the external exhaust duct at high altitude.
