Scope of application of thermal oil cleaning agent:

Used for cleaning heat transfer oil furnaces widely used in various industries (petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastic, building materials, heating), or heat exchange equipment using heat transfer oil as the working medium.

When cleaning the hot oil furnace system, the following operating procedures should be noted:

1. Discharge old oil.

2. Open the control valve and fill it with clean water. Use a heating furnace to raise the water temperature to 80 ℃± 5 ℃. Switch the relevant valves of each reactor in the system to circulate all parts of the system for three hours.

3. Open all low-level drain valves of the system and drain the water from the system.

4. Add cleaning agent at a rate of 10% of the total circulating oil volume in the system. Turn on the circulation pump for circulation, use the heating furnace to heat the cleaning agent to 80 ℃± 5 ℃, and the entire cleaning time should not be less than 5 hours.

5. Washing ①: Fill the system with clean water, turn on the circulation pump for circulation, and rinse the system.

6. Wash with water ②.

7. Wash with water ③.

8. After the discharge is completed, use compressed air to blow away the remaining water in the system until it is completely drained. 9. Add new oil: Inject new heat transfer oil into the system. 10. Dehydration: Its dehydration method is equivalent to the dehydration standard before the new system is used.

Packaging and storage
