The main media are hot water, steam, grease, etc. It consists of a body, a telescopic tube, a connecting pipe, a sealing ring, a pressure plate, bolts, and nuts.
The diameter of the thermal sleeve compensator is DN32-1200mm, and the compensation amount is generally large, including 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, and 300mm. Products can be customized according to the needs of the pipeline.
The sealing ring of the thermal sleeve compensator is a graphite ring, which is a new type of sealing material with good heat resistance and stress resistance (able to withstand temperatures below 350 ℃ and pressures up to 4.0Mpa). It can play a buffering role in hard to hard friction, reduce the coefficient of dynamic friction, and have a longer service life (twice as long as the service life of general sealing rings).
The sealing ring of the thermal sleeve compensator may weaken its sealing effect due to wear after use. In this case, the pressure plate bolt can be tightened again to enhance the sealing performance, or the pressure plate bolt can be loosened and one or more layers of sealing rings can be added. After tightening the pressure plate, it can be reused.
The expansion pipe of the thermal sleeve compensator has undergone chrome plating treatment. The expansion pipe treated with this treatment, combined with a graphite ring sealing ring, generates sliding compensation with the body during operation, which enhances the expansion and contraction performance of the compensator.
