Training device for three tower distillation to produce anhydrous ethanol1) It can achieve continuous, closed system, and small-scale production of anhydrous ethanol from 30% ethanol, through atmospheric distillation, packed tower distillation, and azeotropic distillation (to recover solvents such as benzene or xylene).
2) The distillation tower and reboiler are designed separately, with the reboiler heated by thermal oil and a tower diameter of not less than 200mm. The equipment and pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel material. The entire process is equipped with a thermal oil heating system.
