1. This machine needs to be installed on a level ground, and lubricating oil needs to be added to the gearbox before initial use!
2. Clean the machine to ensure that there are no impurities contaminating the raw materials and debris; During the cleaning of the mixing bin, hang the power off operation;
3. Connect the power supply to the electrical box, turn on the emergency stop switch, and adjust the timer value to be greater than 1; Activate the mixing button, check the direction of motor operation, whether there is any abnormal noise during machine operation, and whether the operation is smooth;
4. After completing all operations, turn off the mixing button and enter the feeding preparation stage; After the feeding is completed, close the lid, confirm whether the pressure port is fastened, and set the mixing time according to the proportion of different raw materials;
5. Start the mixing process, and after the mixing is complete, open the bottom feeding device. When feeding, do not insert your body parts into the mixing chamber or discharge port;
6. Do not fill the mixing bin with raw materials to avoid affecting the mixing quality;
7. If the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power;
8. If there is a significant difference in the specific gravity of the mixed materials, the mixing time should be appropriately increased.
