Widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, energy, and light industry where solid, liquid, and gas exchange of liquids is required, especially suitable for mixing and blending various corrosive media in wastewater treatment processes such as coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, aeration tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks.

Transportation and Storage:Turbine fiberglass mixer GSJ-1500-4 anaerobic tank
1. During transportation, the mixing shaft and impeller must not be subjected to pressure or collision, and must be loaded and unloaded using lifting equipment. The surface of the impeller should be protected from scratches.
2. Long term storage should avoid high temperature and high humidity environments. The mixing shaft should be suspended vertically, and the impeller should be placed on a flat surface to prevent deformation.
Installation:
1. The bridge frame should be calibrated horizontally, and the half bridge frame columns should be calibrated vertically. The anchor bolts and connecting parts should be sturdy and reliable.
2. Place the shock absorber seat flat on the designated position of the bridge, align it horizontally, and connect and fix it to the bridge.
3. The deceleration motor is installed on the shock absorber seat and connected and fixed.
4. Connect and tighten the impeller and mixing shaft flange with bolts.
5. Place the impeller and mixing shaft into the pool, connect and tighten the mixing shaft to the output shaft of the reducer.
6. After installation, the mixing shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The vertical deviation is less than 1/1000 and does not exceed 5mm.
7. After installation, remove the motor tail cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the mixer rotates flexibly and normally. The swing deviation of the mixing shaft should be less than 3/1000.
8. After turning on the power, observe the rotation direction of the mixing shaft by jogging. The correct rotation direction is counterclockwise when viewed from top to bottom. If the opposite is true, switch the wiring positions of any two power supplies.
9. The installation of electrical equipment must be operated in accordance with relevant national regulations and safety regulations.
