Under the action of a fan, organic waste gas first passes through a specially structured ceramic heat storage body, and the gas temperature gradually increases to around 250-300 ℃ before entering the catalyst bed. At this temperature, the organic matter in the exhaust gas is oxidized into carbon dioxide and water under the action of the catalyst. The purified high-temperature gas enters the thermal storage ceramic body, and the vast majority of the heat is absorbed by the thermal storage body (more than 95%). After the temperature drops to a close temperature, it is discharged through the chimney. In general, catalytic combustion equipment consists of three heat storage chambers. Under the control of the PLC program, the exhaust gas circulates through the following operation process: entering the heat storage chamber that has already been stored, preheating the exhaust gas; Then it enters the oxidation chamber, where the organic matter is purified; The purified high-temperature gas is absorbed by the heat storage chamber without heat storage and discharged. A portion of the treated gas is directed back to the third chamber to blow away any remaining untreated exhaust gas; In situations where high pollutant removal efficiency is not required, a two chamber structure can also be designed to save costs.
