The Type A comprehensive water treatment system is based on the common problems of scaling, corrosion, bacteria and algae, and water quality deterioration in water. It combines the "RF water treatment" and "yellow rust water filter" *, and uses differential shielding and multi-point array combination technology in the aerospace field to solve the interference between different spectra. It uses a triple composite filtration system of mechanical wall blocking filtration, multi-stage active iron filter membrane impurity implantation, and electrostatic adsorption effect of corona field for ultra clean filtration. The A-type comprehensive water treatment device has comprehensive treatment functions such as anti scaling, anti-corrosion, rust removal, sterilization and algae removal, and ultra clean filtration. At the same time, according to the working conditions and customer needs, fully automatic intelligent comprehensive water processors can be produced.
The A-class comprehensive water treatment system is designed with mechatronics integration, featuring small size, high flow rate, pure physical treatment, no water pollution, extremely low operating and management costs, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. High filtration efficiency, low equipment resistance, energy-saving and water-saving, no need to replace the comprehensive filter body. A single device can replace multiple universal filtering devices (such as Y-shaped filters) and anti scaling, anti-corrosion, rust removal, sterilization, and algae killing equipment.
The A-type comprehensive water treatment plant is mainly composed of several parts, including an RF generator, an active filter, an RF converter, and a transducer. The RF generator consists of a power supply, a Moto integrated module imported from the United States, a heat sink, and other components.
Precautions for installation of Type A comprehensive water treatment system:
1. In order to facilitate equipment installation and maintenance, the top of the main body and the outer diameter need to be at least 400mm away from other equipment
2. Do not turn on the device for a long time without water
3. Type A comprehensive water treatment plant should be installed in a bypass manner to meet the needs of equipment maintenance and backwashing filter body without stopping the machine
4. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the system reaches 0.03-0.06MPa during operation, backwashing should be carried out. When the new system is first used, backwashing should be carried out 1-2 times every 8 hours. After normal operation, the water quality should be adjusted accordingly.
5. Backwash: Open the bypass valve, close the inlet valve and power supply of the equipment, open the drain valve, and perform reverse flushing of the filter body for about 10-20 seconds (depending on the water quality). When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet returns to the original pressure difference, close the drain valve, open the inlet valve, close the bypass valve, and connect the 220V power supply to make the equipment work normally.
Type A comprehensive water treatment device is a comprehensive water treatment equipment developed for the single function of industrial and civilian circulating water treatment equipment today.
