The reason why the medium pressure ultraviolet disinfection system can absolutely guarantee the sterilization effect and effluent quality is that only medium pressure can output ultraviolet radiation with strong sterilization effect in the 254-400nm wavelength band, especially at 310nm, with high intensity. It has strong lethal ability against ammonium chloride, ammonium chloride, ammonium trichloride, as well as diatoms, flagellates, and red worms in swimming pools. Meanwhile, medium pressure ultraviolet radiation is a long-lasting and absolutely effective sterilization technology, with no revival reaction or microbial rebound phenomenon, ensuring complete disinfection effect and water quality safety.
Characteristics of ATG medium voltage ultraviolet equipment:
Temperature probe: constantly detect the temperature of water to ensure that the equipment operates within the working temperature range of 0-45 degrees.
UV intensity probe: The intensity monitor used by ATG medium voltage UV only responds to specific UV wavelengths that have sterilization effects. It can be connected to computers and PLCs, saving power consumption for the operation of the system.
Quartz sleeve: In order to better protect the ultraviolet lamp tube, there is a quartz sleeve outside each ultraviolet lamp tube. Therefore, the quality of quartz tubing largely determines the sterilization effect of ultraviolet radiation, and high-quality quartz tubing can ensure that the penetration rate of ultraviolet radiation reaches over 90%.
Daily cleaning: Due to water quality and exposure to ultraviolet light, the surface of the quartz sleeve will crystallize after a period of use. The thickness of the crystals will reach a certain level, which will affect the penetration ratio of ultraviolet light. Therefore, the quartz sleeve needs to be cleaned regularly. The ATG system is equipped with an automatic cleaning system that can automatically clean the quartz sleeve at regular intervals based on the readings of the ultraviolet intensity detector. During the cleaning process, the system operates normally without the need for water supply or manual intervention, greatly reducing the workload of on-site personnel.
UV tube: Due to ATG's use of relatively new medium voltage UV technology, it fundamentally kills bacteria while reducing the number of UV tubes. It is recommended to replace one UV tube every 2-3 years (according to the UV intensity probe in the control box), which greatly saves daily operating costs. Replacing the UV lamp tube only takes 5 minutes.
