Use of water quality detector
1、 Precautions before use
Please read this user manual carefully before use and keep it properly for reference and adjustment during use.
Incorrect wiring can cause instrument malfunction or damage. Please have a professional with electrical knowledge perform wiring operations.
Due to the fact that the electrode used in this instrument is a reference electrode, it can actually be regarded as a miniature primary battery. Therefore, the positive and negative electrodes of the electrode must not be short circuited, otherwise it will seriously damage the electrode and cause it to quickly fail.
The output power of this instrument is 220V/1KW, which is limited to directly controlling micro metering pumps. If larger loads need to be controlled, please use an AC contactor for control.
This controller is wall mounted, please pay attention to waterproofing, fire prevention, and insulation.

5、 Function
1. After the system is powered on, the side switch is turned on, the system is powered on, self checks, displays the detection values of ORP and PH, and the working status displays OFF.
2. Pressing [ORP] or [PH] can switch ORP and PH between three working states (OFF, MANUAL, AUTO). Long press [ORP] or [PH] for 5 seconds to restore the factory settings.
3. Default settings:
(1)PH 高限=7.5,
(2) PH low limit=7.0,
(3)ORP 高限=750mv
(4) ORP low limit=650mv
(5) Default pH dosing time=10 minutes
(6) Default pH interval time=10 minutes
(7) Default ORP dosing time=10 minutes
(8) Default ORP interval time=10 minutes
4. Automatic operation:
(1) Power on, toggle switch, system self-test, display monitoring values. If within the set range, the ALARM light does not light up. If it is not within the set range, the ALARM light will turn on and the working status will display OFF. At this time, the dosing pump will not work and the FEED light will not turn on.
(2) Press 【 ORP 】 twice to switch the working state to AUTO. At this time, the ALARM light will turn on, the FEED light will turn on, and the dosing pump will work for 10 minutes (default dosing time). When the time is up, the FEED light will turn on with a 10 minute interval (default interval time) until entering the set interval. Both the alarm light and dosing light will turn off. The working state remains AUTO until the next start.
(3) PH and ORP actions are completely identical.
5. Manual setting:
(1) After power on, toggle the switch, power on, toggle the switch, the system self checks, displays monitoring values. If it is within the set range, the ALARM light does not light up. If it is not within the set range, the ALARM light will turn on and the working status will display OFF. At this time, the dosing pump will not work and the FEED light will not turn on.
(2) Click the [ORP] button once and select the MANUAL state. At this time, the digital display will show the current detection value, and the ALARM and FEED lights will be turned off. The dosing pump will not work. (Note that ORP and PH cannot be set in MANUAL mode simultaneously.). )
(3) Click on 'LOW LIMITED', the digital display will show the default low limit value of 650mv. Press the up and down arrows to select the low limit value, press' SET POINT 'to save the set low limit value, and the digital display will show the current detection value.
(4) Click on 【 HIGH LIMITED 】, the digital display will show the default low high value of 750mv. Press the up and down arrows to select the high limit value, press 【 SET POINT 】 to save the set high limit value, and the digital display will show the current detection value.
(5) Click on 【 Proportional Control 】 and 【 SAFETY TIMER 】 to display the default dosing time of 10 minutes. Press the up and down arrows to confirm the dosing time. Press 【 SET POINT 】 to save the set dosing time and display the default interval time of 10 minutes. Press the up and down arrows to confirm the interval time. 【 SET POINT 】 to save the set interval time. The digital display shows the current detection value.
(6) Click the [ORP] button once to switch to AUTO mode, and ORP will run automatically. In the future, unless new settings are made or default settings are restored, the settings will be saved after power failure.
(7) The manual setting steps for PH are exactly the same as ORP.
6. Sensor calibration
(1) Click on [PH] to enter MANUAL mode, and the digital display will show the current detection value. Immerse the sensor in standard solution 4.0, click , and the digital display will flash. Click the up and down arrows to adjust to the same value as the standard solution 4.0. Click to save the calibration value, and the digital display will show 4.0 normally.
(2) Click on [PH] to enter MANUAL mode, and the digital display will show the current detection value. Immerse the sensor in standard solution 6.8, click , and the digital display will flash. Click the up and down arrows to adjust to the same value as the standard solution 6.8. Click to save the calibration value, and the digital display will show 6.8 normally.

2. Output precautions
All output terminals are for direct output of AC mains power (AC~220V), with a power not exceeding 1KW. When the power of the metering dosing pump is less than this value, direct power supply can be carried out. When the power of the dosing pump exceeds 1KW, in order to protect the internal relay, please use the output terminal to control the AC contactor for indirect control.
