UV catalyzed AOT disinfection deviceThe principle of the photocatalytic AOT sterilization equipment is to use advanced photocatalytic oxidation technology to excite the photocatalyst with a specific light source, generating hydroxyl radicals (· OH) with strong oxidation properties. Hydroxyl radicals directly damage cell membranes and rapidly destroy cellular tissues. Quickly decompose bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, organic matter, etc. in water into CO ₂ and H ₂ O, depriving microorganisms of the material basis for revival and reproduction, thereby achieving the goal of decomposing bacteria, viruses, microorganisms, and organic matter in water.

Installation precautions:

(1) Before installing the equipment, the system should be cleaned;

(2) There should be an operating space of no less than 1m on both sides of the equipment inlet and outlet, and a maintenance space of more than 1.5m above to facilitate the operation of the equipmentRepair and maintenance;(3) Valves and filters should be installed at the front and back of the equipment to cut off water flow during maintenance and repair, while preventing dirt and foreign objects from entering the interior of the equipment;

(4) Clean gloves should be worn when touching quartz sleeves and ultraviolet lamps;

(5) If the water system is not used for a long time, the equipment power should be turned off to avoid overheating of the system;

(6) It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment dry burning without water in the system;

(7) According to the running time on the device timer, the UV should be replaced when the device has accumulated approximately 10000 hours of operationlamp；

(8) Regularly inspect and clean the inner wall and quartz sleeve of the equipment reactor. When cleaning, first use a cotton cloth dipped in weak acid to wipe, and then use a soft dry cloth to wipe clean,Do not directly touch the cleaned surface of the quartz casing with your hands. The specific cycle should be determined according to the actual water quality being treated;

(9) UV lamp tubes may harm the eyes and skin. When viewing the light source through the UV observation hole, staff should maintain a certain distance and avoid prolonged exposureTime to watch.
