5. After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier shall provide one year of technical support and services free of charge, compensate for component damage caused by non-human operational errors free of charge, and be responsible for lifelong cost maintenance.

6. The supplier shall provide a copy of the warranty letter, indicating the warranty validity date, coverage scope, and the seller's contact person.

7. During the warranty period, we guarantee to respond within 2 hours after receiving a request for repair service from the customer and send someone to arrive within 24 hours.
