Overview of VA-3000 and VA-7000 Series Valve Drivers

The VA-3000 and VA-7000 series valve actuators are linear actuators

Widely used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning series.

VB-3000 and VB-3000 series DN25-DN50 regulating valves with two-way or three-way connections, used together.

VA-7000 is used in conjunction with VB-7000 series DNB5-DN200 regulating valves with two-way or three-way connections.

VA-3000 and VA-7000 both have two basic models;

The VA-7100 (VA-3100) provides incremental control with reversible electric operation.

VA-7012 (VA-3102) can accept inputs of 0-10V or 4-20mA DC control signals, provide proportional control, and can have output feedback of 0-10V or 4-20mA.

VA-3000 is suitable for travel distances of 12m, 19m, and 22m.

VA-7000 is suitable for strokes of 24m, 38m, and 44m, and the stroke used for the dual proportional control type is selected by a jumper.

Installation and debugging:

Before installation, it is necessary to carefully read the instructions, cut off the relevant power supply, and have professional technicians perform the installation.

The direction of water flow must be the same as the arrow direction on the valve body.

The valve body must be located above the water receiving tray of the coil to ensure that it falls into the water receiving tray in case of dripping.

The valve body and driver must be installed in a vertical direction? Within the temperature range of 60 ℃, there should be at least 30mm of space above it for disassembly and assembly. Adequate maintenance operation space must be maintained with surrounding pipelines, equipment, and buildings, and must be installed in a location accessible to maintenance personnel through manholes.

The driver can only be installed after the valve body is installed and pressure tested with the pipeline.

If the driver has already been installed on the valve body, no force should be applied to the driver during installation and debugging, otherwise it will damage the driver.

After installation and checking for correctness, power on for debugging. At least three complete operating cycles of the drive should be observed to ensure that all components are correct.

After passing the waterless debugging, conduct a water test. The pressure difference between the water supply and drainage of the system must be strictly controlled within 0.15 MPa to ensure the effectiveness of the electric control valve on the water flow switch
