Product Introduction

·Vo2 Master is a wearable, affordable, and easy-to-use exercise cardiopulmonary testing system that can perform maximum oxygen uptake, training interval, and resting metabolic tests.

·It collects respiratory data through a mask (without the need for a backpack, cable, or hose) and sends the data directly to a phone or tablet, allowing users to view and share test reports on their mobile devices.

·It can be used in conjunction with wireless sensors such as heart rate monitors, power meters, and muscle oxygen monitors, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of the physiological mechanisms behind exercise performance.

Product features

·Maximum oxygen uptake test

Maximum oxygen uptake is an important indicator reflecting the aerobic exercise capacity of the human body, and high-level maximum oxygen uptake is the foundation of high-level aerobic exercise capacity. The Vo2 master application has a built-in protocol for maximum oxygen uptake testing, which coaches or athletes can complete according to prompts and automatically generate test reports without the need for guidance from professional researchers.

·Training interval testing

Based on the relationship between maximum oxygen uptake, heart rate, and output power or speed, your training interval can be calculated, which accurately describes the intensity of the training. Generally, the training interval is re evaluated every 4-6 weeks to provide reference for the development of training plans.

·Resting metabolic test

Resting metabolic test (RMR) can measure the rate at which the body burns energy - the "calorie burn rate". It can determine how many calories the body burns during rest, providing necessary information for you to develop a successful weight loss, gain, or maintenance plan.
