Efficiency: The core of VOCs catalytic combustion equipment is to carry out oxidation reactions at lower temperatures through catalysts, converting VOCs into harmless carbon dioxide and water vapor. The conversion efficiency can usually reach over 90%, and even 99% in some cases.
Safety: The equipment adopts explosion-proof design and safety control system, equipped with temperature alarm, pressure alarm and other safety devices to ensure the safety of the equipment during operation.
Environmental friendliness: VOCs catalytic combustion equipment can not only effectively treat VOCs, but also convert most harmful substances into harmless water and carbon dioxide, reducing environmental pollution, and will not produce secondary pollution during operation.

VOCS catalytic combustion equipmentWorkflow:
1. Adsorption and concentration of exhaust gas: The adsorption and concentration of exhaust gas mainly utilize the adsorption of activated carbon. This equipment consists of several sets of activated carbon adsorption boxes. During the operation of the system, open a set of activated carbon adsorption boxes to adsorb and concentrate industrial waste gas. After one set of activated carbon is saturated, open two sets of activated carbon adsorption boxes and perform adsorption processes similar to those of one set of activated carbon adsorption boxes. When the two sets of activated carbon adsorption boxes are working, the first set of activated carbon adsorption boxes desorb. Similarly, the activated carbon adsorption box in this system circulates for adsorption and desorption processes. The desorbed industrial waste gas enters the catalytic combustion equipment and is finally oxidized and decomposed into non-toxic and harmless small molecule compounds, which meet the emission standards.
2. Catalytic combustion of exhaust gas: The catalytic combustion equipment mainly consists of several main components such as heat exchanger, catalytic bed, electric heater, combustion chamber, and heat accumulator. The heating tube first heats the catalytic combustion equipment, and provides the temperature for activated carbon desorption (80-120 ℃) through the action of a fan. The desorbed organic waste gas enters the catalytic combustion equipment again, and under the action of the catalytic bed in the combustion chamber, the waste gas is oxidized and decomposed into small molecule compounds such as water and carbon dioxide at 250-350 ℃. By using heat exchangers to achieve standard heat recovery and utilization, the goal of energy conservation can be achieved.
Catalytic combustion equipment is suitable for processing organic waste gases generated at high temperatures, high concentrations, and continuously, without generating secondary pollution. Catalytic low-temperature decomposition, preheating period, low energy consumption, long catalyst service life, purification rate of over 97%.
