3、 Three important requirements in dynamic balance measurement

3.1Installation of speed sensor

3.1.1The Hall speed sensor should be connected to the photoelectric input socket on the instrument panel(Pay attention to the concave and convex positions on the four pin socket plug)When using a Hall sensor, a small magnetic steel should be placed on the pulley or rotor plane as a zero phase marker. Fix the Hall sensor with a hose magnetic seat and face it directly towards the magnet, with a gap of approximately10mmabout. After being powered on, the indicator light on the Hall sensor lights up, and it turns off when leaving. During low-frequency rotation, the Hall sensor indicator light keeps flashing, and the photoelectric indicator light on the panel also keeps flashing. There should be a corresponding stable speed display on the instrument.

Precautions for placing small magnets:1.Magnetic steel has two sides for differentiation. The area marked with a circle should face outward and the Hall sensor, otherwise there will be no output.2.To increase the magnetic steel suction and prevent the magnetic steel from flying out due to centrifugal force when the rotor is running at high speed, please use502Apply a circle of glue around the magnetic steel.3.It is best to place the magnetic steel on a flat surface, if there are holes on the surface; There are slots; Placing a flying edge here is safer and more reliable.

3.1.2When using a photoelectric speed sensor, a photoelectric mark should be made on the shaft first. The photoelectric sign is usually black/White marking: After wiping the surface of the shaft clean, use black paint or black tape to completely coat it black. Then cut a piece of tin foil or adhesive reflective paper with scissors and stick it on it. The width of the reflective paper should depend on the diameter of the shaft, and the large-diameter shaft mark should be wider. Optoelectronic signs require clear black and white markings, neat edges, and the use of specialized reflective paper for better results.

Use a magnetic suction seat with a hose to align the photoelectric sensor with the photoelectric marker, with a gap between them530mmbetween. Pay attention to the orange light emitting tube (action indicator light) on the photoelectric sensor. The action indicator light should flash continuously when it receives the reflected signal normally. Adjust the sensitivity knob on the photoelectric sensor so that the action indicator light keeps flashing (please pay attention to safety at this time), and the instrument will display the corresponding stable speed. Otherwise, it is necessary to adjust the distance of the photoelectric sensor or redo the photoelectric marking.

3.2Installation of vibration sensors

3.2.1Vibration sensors are used to pick up absolute vibration signals from equipment. When in use, the magnetic suction seat should be firmly attached to the measurement point, referring to the bearing seat that supports the rotor, and the closer it is to the bearing seat, the better. This sensor can be used both vertically and horizontally, and generally vibration sensors are installed horizontally.

3.2.2The magnetic suction seat is a specialized installation suction cup composed of high-strength aluminum iron boron magnetic steel and a specially designed magnetic circuit, with the topM5The screw can just be screwed into the lower screw hole of the vibration sensor, and this magnetic suction seat can easily install the sensor on the bearing seat of the ferromagnetic material equipment,For equipment made of non ferromagnetic materials, users need to drill additional holes or threads for fixation, and the depth of screw insertion should be less than5mmThe magnetic suction seat has a strong suction force and is prone to gripping fingers, so safety should be taken into account during operation.

3.3Determination of phase angle

The Hall sensor is placed at the position of the small magnetic steel as the zero degree of the phase angle. The photoelectric sensor uses the position marked by a white photoelectric symbol as the zero degree of the phase angle. All with rotorsThe number of phases in the opposite direction of rotationPosition angle. This must not be mistaken, otherwise the dynamic balance calculation result will become worse and worse.

Stable speed measurement, stable vibration signal measurement, and correct phase angle definition are the key to the success or failure of dynamic balance calculation results.

The installation positions of vibration sensors and speed sensors should always remain unchanged.
