Vacuum DegasserAdopting the principle of differential pressure degassing, it can be applied to any water system. Its strong degassing ability ensures the safe and efficient removal of free and dissolved gases from the system, enabling the system to operate safely and reliably.
The working principle is that there will inevitably be some air in the heating and cooling water circulation system, which comes from system water replenishment and pipe network leakage. This part of the gas exists in three forms in the system: D form, where the gas accumulates in the form of gas clusters at high points or local high points in the system, such as pipeline corners, top of heat exchangers (radiators, fan coils), etc. There are two forms of D, where the gas circulates with the water in the system in the form of free bubbles. The third form is that gas dissolves in water and moves along with the water cycle. Among the three forms of gas mentioned above, D1 and D2 are free gases, and the third is a dissolved gas. The three will constantly transform into each other, but their quantities in various forms will remain relatively stable in the absence of external conditions.
The air present in the water can have many adverse effects on the heating and cooling water circulation system. The accumulated gas causes air resistance, resulting in uneven system resistance, poor system circulation, noise, cavitation, and air blockage. These problems can reduce the effective head and operating efficiency of the water pump, reduce the service life of equipment and pipelines, and the bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger can reduce its heat transfer efficiency. Air resistance in the system makes it difficult to debug, and manual exhaust is often required during operation. The oxygen in the system can cause oxygen corrosion. Corrosion reduces the service life of the system, directly affecting the safety of the entire system.
In response to the above issues, the vacuum deaerator developed by our company can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of heating or cooling systems, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system. Due to the ability to remove gases from the system online and prevent gas blockage, it ensures stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation. It can also eliminate water pump cavitation and reduce system operating noise. Due to the removal of oxygen from the water, the oxygen corrosion of the system will be reduced and the service life of the equipment will be extended. In addition, there will be no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heat transfer efficiency. This equipment is vacuum degassing and deoxygenation, and there is no secondary pollution problem. The equipment is easy to install, fully automated, operates safely and reliably, and is easy to maintain and repair.
