(1) When the scraper is running, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricating oil in the reducer is within the range of the oil mark, and to add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the reducer user manual.

Replace with new oil and clean the internal oil stains after the first two weeks of operation, and replace every 3-6 months thereafter. If the ambient temperature is high or humid, shorten the oil change time appropriately; When the ambient temperature is 035C, it is recommended to use 220 industrial extreme pressure gear oil (ISO EP150).

(2) Regularly add calcium based grease to the bearings on the scraper.

(3) Check if there are any loose connections on the scraper.

(4) Check if there is any leakage in the electrical components and if the limit switch is effective.
