Submersible mixers are divided into hybrid submersible mixers and low-speed push flow mixers according to their functions. Hybrid submersible mixers are divided into direct coupled stamping submersible mixers and non direct coupled submersible mixers according to their structural characteristics. The low-speed push flow submersible mixer belongs to the non direct coupled submersible mixer.
Hybrid submersible mixers are divided into casting mixers and stamping mixers according to their blade forming methods. The blades (impellers) of the casting mixer are formed by casting, and the material of the body shell is generally cast iron. The motor winding of the submersible mixer is F-class insulated and has a protection level of IP68. The submersible mixer can operate continuously and normally under the following conditions

Selection precautions
To ensure optimal operation of the submersible mixer, please provide the following information to the user:;
Purpose of application;

The characteristics of the stirring medium include pH value, viscosity, density, temperature, and solid content.
Install the system
The installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the submersible mixer without the need to discharge sewage from the pool.
When the pool depth H is less than 4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system I. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as needed, and the lifting system base, support frame, and lower bracket, which can rotate around the guide rod at a large angle of ± 60 ° in the horizontal plane, are all fixed with expansion bolts at the associated interface with the pool, without the need for reserved holes.
When the pool depth H is greater than 4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system II, which requires a concrete foundation (or steel structure base) to be built at the bottom of the pool. The lifting system base, steel rope fixing frame, and guide base are all fixed with expansion bolts at the associated interface with the pool, without the need for reserved holes. The installation system II uses a guiding steel rope guide rod, which has the characteristics of convenient transportation and simple on-site installation. This system fundamentally avoids the situation of guide rod bending and deformation caused by transportation, which affects normal use, and effectively improves the phenomenon of inability to lift due to installation errors of guide rods when the pool is too deep. Under the installation conditions with a cantilevered pool roof (as shown in the picture), it appears more convenient and reliable to operate.
When the customer places an order, please provide the pool depth H and pool type diagram so that the factory can determine the size of the guide rod or guide wire during processing. The material of the installation system is made of stainless steel (or carbon steel). In addition to guide rods or guide wires, and lifting bases, multiple mixers can share a set of lifting devices in the installation system (except for special user requirements).
Installation precautions:
The guide rod or guide wire should be perpendicular to the horizontal and can be calibrated with a lead hammer;
When lifting a submersible mixer, the lifting hook should tilt the impeller end 5 ° -10 ° above the horizontal plane
