Grilles are widely used at the water intake of hydropower stations, water treatment plants, water treatment plants, power plants, pumping stations, etc. Grilles can intercept garbage entering these equipment and facilities, avoiding garbage from entering the flow channel and affecting the normal operation of water turbine generators, pumps, gates, valves, turbines, pipelines, and other equipment. When the water flows through the grille, various floating and suspended objects in the water flow to the grille, and some small-sized garbage enters the flow channel through the grille. Most of the garbage is blocked on the outside of the grille. As the amount of garbage gradually increases, a drop is formed between the inside and outside of the grille, and the flow rate through the grille is significantly reduced, seriously affecting the output of the hydroelectric power plant's water turbine generator unit, affecting the operation of the water pump, gate, valve, and turbine, and affecting the flow rate of the pipeline. At this point, it is necessary to activate the cleaning mechanism for garbage cleaning. Existing technology generally involves setting up a separate grab bucket to grab the garbage gathered in front of the grille and transport it to the garbage truck. The garbage is then removed by the truck.
