Suitable for conducting temperature and moisture resistance environmental reliability tests on products in industries such as military, electronics, electrical appliances, petroleum, chemical, coatings, plastics, postal and telecommunications, medical pharmaceuticals, universities, and research institutions.

1、 Application field of constant temperature and humidity test chamber:
1. Electronics industry: Testing chips The weather resistance and functional stability of circuit boards in humid and hot environments.
2. Automotive manufacturing: Verify the durability of components such as batteries and instrument panels under harsh temperature conditions.

2、 Control system:
1. Temperature controller: adopts LCD touch screen temperature and humidity controller, which can set values and run programs;
2. Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor;
3. The control heating output adopts solid-state relay zero crossing triggering to reduce noise, minimize pollution, facilitate maintenance, and improve control accuracy;
4. There is a user-friendly operation panel in the control system, located in the upper left part of the test box, with indicator lights for power, lighting, and emergency stop buttons;
5. An interlock device is installed in the electrical control system, which prevents the heating and humidification system from starting when the circulating fan is not started or overloaded;
6. Safety protection measures should be installed in the control system, including phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, fan overload protection, over temperature power-off protection, leakage protection, etc;
7. In addition to the main controller, an independent over temperature protector is also installed in the system. Even if the main controller fails, the over temperature protector can reliably disconnect the heating power supply to protect the safety of the equipment and test samples
3、 Humidification system:
1. External boiler steam humidifier;
2. Equipped with automatic water level compensation and water shortage alarm system;

4. The humidity control adopts P.I.D+S.S.R, and the system is coordinated and controlled in the same channel.

5、 Refrigeration and circulation system:
1. The refrigeration system adopts a unit or binary low-temperature circuit system design;
2. The refrigeration unit adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor;
3. The dry filter, refrigerant flow window, repair valve, oil separator, solenoid valve, and storage tank are all original parts;
