Video Introduction of Wuhan Salt Spray Test ChamberThis equipment, also known as salt spray corrosion resistance test chamber and salt spray tester, is designed to simulate the weather environment and marine climate. The principle of its spray device is: using the high-speed air flow generated by high-speed spraying of compressed air from the nozzle, a negative pressure is formed above the suction pipe. Under the effect of atmospheric pressure, the salt solution quickly rises along the suction pipe to the nozzle, is atomized by the high-speed air flow and sprayed to the conical mist separator at the top of the spray pipe, and then floats out from the spray mouth, diffuses to the test air in the laboratory, forming a diffuse state, and naturally falls on the test piece to conduct the salt spray corrosion resistance test. Widely used for salt spray corrosion testing of electroplating layers in electronics, electricians, automobiles, motorcycles, hardware tools, equipment, motor vehicle components, FPC soft boards, and other fields.

1、 Equipment features:
1. The temperature controller uses digital display, and the PID control error is ± 01 ℃;
2. Double over temperature protection, warning of insufficient water level, and safety release for use;
3. The laboratory adopts steam direct heating method, with fast and uniform heating speed, reducing standby time;
4. Equipped with an automatic/manual water addition system, it can automatically replenish the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test will not be interrupted;
5. The precision glass nozzle flows evenly through the conical disperser of the spray tower with adjustable fog and fog volume, and naturally falls on the test card, ensuring no blocking of crystal salt.

3、 Spray mode:
1. The Bernoulli principle absorbs salt water and then atomizes it uniformly, blocking the phenomenon of crystallization and ensuring continuous testing;
2. The nozzle is made of tempered glass, which can adjust the spray amount and spray angle;
3. The spray amount is 1~2ml/h adjustable (ml/80cm2/h standard requires the average amount after 16 hours of testing).
4. The measuring cylinder adopts embedded installation, with a beautiful and neat appearance, easy observation, and reduces instrument installation space.
4、 Heating system:
1. The test temperature inside the box is water jacket heating and humidification, and the heating device adopts a titanium alloy protective tube with a built-in nickel chromium alloy far-infrared heating core.

1. Install the internal parts of: tower spray device, funnel, round bar, V-shaped sample rack, etc;
2. Connect the gas source and power supply, then turn on the power switch;
3. Add water to the pressure tank and box, stop adding water after the two low water level lights turn off, and seal the sealing groove with water;
4. Mix purified water with sodium chloride in a ratio of 1:20. Pour the prepared solution into the reagent inlet (turn off the low salt water light);
5. After all the lights are off, we can turn on the operation, spray and timing switches. After the test, we can turn on the demisting switch;
6. According to the test requirements, the equipment has two spray modes: continuous and periodic (T1 and T2 meters are all set to 0 in the case of continuous spray, T1 is set as the working time in the case of intermittent spray, and T2 is the rest time).
