working principle

The dispersing disk rotates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow, generating strong vortices that spiral down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution functions. Frame type wall mounted mixing is used to scrape and test the cylinder wall, accelerate material circulation, and improve dispersion efficiency. The hydraulic pump is used to drive the hydraulic plunger to rise and fall, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to rise and fall.
