WQK Cutting Sewage Pump Product Overview:
WQK type cutting sewage pump(hereinafter referred to as electric pump), consisting of three parts: water pump, seal, and electric motor. The electric motor is located at the upper part of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor. Double end sealing is used between the water pump and the electric motor, and an "O" - shaped oil resistant rubber sealing ring is used for static sealing at each fixed sealing point. This series of electric pumps has introduced and absorbed advanced foreign technology, using an open single blade impeller with a novel and unique structure. It has excellent non clogging performance and can cut and tear long fibers, plastic paper strips, sanitary napkins, etc. It can keep the water pump flow channel unobstructed, making it an ideal sewage electric pump.

Usage conditions of WQK cutting sewage pump: The electric pump can work continuously and normally under the following usage conditions: 1. What proportion of solid impurities does not exceed 2% in the working medium. 2. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ℃. The pH value of the medium is between 4-10. 3. The electric pump should be used within the range of the baby's head. 4. The electric pump should be fully immersed in water for use, with a diving depth not exceeding 3m and a maximum depth of 5m, but it should not get stuck in the water. 5. The power frequency is three-phase 50Hz, the voltage is 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times the rated value. |
