WRJ external lubrication gear pump/paint pump

Scope of application:

WRJ external lubrication gear pump is suitable for conveying fluids with general viscosity and high viscosity that are non lubricating, corrosive, have low hygiene requirements, or do not contain solid particles, fibers, or other substances. The medium temperature is 160 ℃ and the viscosity is 5-1500cst.

Structural points:

The main structural point of the WRJ external lubrication gear pump is that the working wheel for conveying the medium and the power transmission wheel are separated. The working wheel for conveying the medium does not carry the transmission power, and the power transmission gear does not come into contact with the conveyed medium. All parts in contact with the medium are made of wear-resistant alloy steel. Adopting anti benzene mechanical seal, no leakage.

Purpose:

Used for conveying paints and coatings.
