The motor adopts a box structure welded from steel plates, with light weight and good rigidity, optimized electromagnetic design scheme, and anti corona coil design and manufacturing. The stator winding has F-class insulation and vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI). The motor has a large starting torque and reliable structure. The rotor winding is coated twice and fixed with advanced technology. The collector ring process adopts advanced domestic two coating and two drying technology, and the advanced galvanized spiral tube is used as the cooler heat dissipation pipe. The motor is widely used in equipment such as rolling mills, fans, mills, and winches, and is widely used in places with high protection requirements
