Rolling molding process:

(a) Feeding: Load the weighed plastic into the mold in liquid or powder form;

(b) Heating: The rotational molding machine rotates the mold in two directions and adds it to the heating furnace to make the mold hot. All the plastic adheres and sinter to the inner surface of the mold cavity;

(c) Cooling: As the mold rotates continuously, it simultaneously exits the heating furnace and enters the cooling chamber, where the plastic is cooled and formed by rolling molding;
