Mechanism of water and oil repellent filter material: A reactive fluoride additive is used to prepare a mixed working fluid to impregnate the filter material, causing the working fluid to react with certain functional groups in the fiber macromolecular structure of the filter material, forming macromolecular chains, changing the affinity between the fiber and water and oil, reducing the surface tension of the filter material to less than that of water and oil, in order to achieve the purpose of water and oil repellent. After being treated with water and oil repellent agents, various filter materials can form molecular barriers around the fiber surface, which can prevent water and various oil pollutants from adhering to and penetrating. Compared with ordinary filter media, it not only has water and oil repellent properties, but also has anti adhesion and easy peeling properties for dust.
