The working principle of Weile variable frequency booster pump:
The basic working principle of the Weile variable frequency booster pump is to automatically adjust the number of running water pumps and the speed of one water pump according to changes in user water consumption, so as to maintain a constant outlet pressure of the water pump. When the user's water consumption is less than the output of one water pump, the system operates with a variable frequency speed control system based on the change in water consumption. When the water consumption increases, the pressure in the pipeline system decreases. At this time, the pressure sensor sends the detected signal to the system control center, and through system operation judgment, sends instructions to the variable frequency drive to control the water pump motor, increase the speed to ensure constant system pressure. Conversely, when the water consumption decreases, the speed of the water pump slows down to maintain constant pressure. When the water consumption exceeds the output of one pump, the first pump switches to power frequency operation, and the second pump starts variable frequency speed regulation operation. When the water consumption is less than the output of two pumps, one or both pumps can automatically stop running. Throughout the entire operation process, the system maintains a constant pressure, ensuring that the water pump always operates in the high school area. This not only guarantees constant pressure water supply for users, but also saves electricity. The equipment does not require dedicated operators.
