Welding smoke purification equipment is suitable for purifying smoke and dust generated during welding, polishing, cutting, grinding and other processes, as well as for recycling rare metals and precious materials. It can purify a large number of small metal particles suspended in the air that are harmful to human health. It has the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low noise, flexible use, and small footprint. Suitable for workplaces that generate smoke such as arc welding, carbon dioxide shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc gas gouging welding, gas fusion cutting, and special welding.
The main components of the welding smoke purification equipment include: universal vacuum arm, high temperature resistant vacuum hose, vacuum hood (with air volume regulating valve), flame retardant mesh, flame retardant filter element, pulse blowback device, pulse solenoid valve, differential pressure gauge, clean room, activated carbon filter, ash drawer combination, combustion aid sound-absorbing cotton, new Korean style wheels with brakes, fan, ABB motor, and electric control box.
The welding smoke purification equipment uses the gravitational force of the fan, and the welding smoke exhaust gas is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal vacuum hood. The air inlet of the equipment is equipped with a flame arrester, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke and dust gas enters the settling chamber and, using gravity and upward airflow, first directly drops the coarse dust to the ash hopper. The fine smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After being filtered and purified by the filter element, the clean gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and discharged through the air outlet to meet the standard.
Characteristics of welding smoke purification equipment:

7. The filter cartridge is made of imported materials from the United States and has a long service life. It can absorb dust particles below 0.3 μ m and has good filtering effect on wet and viscous dust.
8. By using a universal suction arm that can move freely 360 degrees, smoke can be removed from the location where it occurs, greatly improving the collection rate of smoke and ensuring the health of workers.
9. The welding smoke purification equipment adopts three protective measures against fire hazards and large particle slag inside, making the purifier have a longer service life, safer and more reliable.
10. Pulse back blowing automatic dust cleaning: The filter element adopts all-round automatic rotation back blowing dust cleaning, which makes the surface of the filter element more thoroughly and cleanly cleaned, and can always ensure that the dust collector has a constant suction air volume; The air compressor is connected by a high-pressure hose, with high-pressure air intake at the bottom to ensure that the purifier is always in good working condition.
