Overview
Firstly, a linear vibrating screen is a type of sieve with a specific frequency and amplitude, driven by an exciter, which typically consists of two equally sized and opposite direction eccentric wheels. When the exciter vibrates at a specific frequency and amplitude, the screen will also vibrate at the same frequency and amplitude. This vibration will cause the material particles on the screen to produce specific vibration trajectories, allowing particles of different sizes and weights to be arranged separately, achieving material screening.

Linear screening machine is a common vibrating screening equipment used for screening and grading granular materials, also known as linear vibrating screen or linear vibrating screening machine. It adopts a linear vibration motion method for particle size screening and grading of materials.

Working Principle:

1. Vibration motor generates vibration: The linear screening machine is equipped with one or more vibration motors. When the vibration motor is started, it will generate horizontal vibration force, which will be transmitted to the screen mesh and frame of the screening machine.

2. Granular materials enter the screening area: Granular materials enter the screening area through the feeding port, and a layer of screen is placed in the screening area. The granular materials are subjected to vibration force on the screen.

3. The influence of vibration force on granular materials: The vibration force causes linear vibration motion of granular materials in the screening area. Due to the different sizes and shapes of particles, their ability to pass through the sieve mesh also varies.

4. Particle material screening and grading: Based on the size and shape of the particles, the particle material passes through different aperture sizes of the sieve to achieve screening and grading of the particle material. Smaller particles can pass through the sieve, while larger particles are blocked on the sieve, thus achieving the separation of granular materials.

5. Material discharge from discharge outlet: After screening and grading, the granular material is divided into different levels according to size, and finally discharged from the corresponding discharge outlet, completing the entire screening process.

Composition structure:

1. Feed inlet: The entrance for granular materials to enter the screening area, usually located at the upper part of the screening machine.

2. Screening area: including screen mesh and screen frame, used for screening and grading granular materials. The granular material is subjected to vibration force in this area to achieve the screening process.

3. Screen mesh: A mesh structure installed on the screen frame, selecting screens with different aperture sizes according to different screening requirements. The quality and aperture of the sieve directly affect the screening effect.

4. Screen frame: The frame structure that supports the screen mesh, ensuring that it can work properly and withstand the vibration and impact of granular materials.

5. Device: Usually composed of a vibration motor, the vibration force generated by the vibration motor causes the entire screening machine to produce linear vibration, promoting the screening and grading of granular materials in the screening area.

6. Discharge port: Multiple discharge ports are provided according to the different grades of granular materials, used to discharge the screened and graded granular materials.

7. Drive device: Drive the vibration motor to work, control the vibration force and operating status of the entire screening machine.

8. Spring support device: used to support the entire screening machine, reduce vibration and stabilize vibration, ensuring the normal operation of the screening machine.
