2、 Product Overview

The XA-85 intelligent flue gas preprocessor is a professional equipment used for pre-treatment of flue gas sampling. It integrates dust filtration, heating, condensation, water and mist removal, and has strong water removal ability and low gas interference loss rate. It can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the flue gas analyzer, reduce interference effects, and effectively extend the service life of the electrochemical sensor. It can be used with any manufacturer's flue gas tester.

3、 Performance characteristics

1. The preprocessor has a fully automatic constant temperature heating function, and the processor is equipped with an internal heating device with adjustable heating temperature, effectively preventing the generation of condensation water.

2. The end of the preprocessor is equipped with an efficient cooling and temperature removal module, dual stage condensation, suitable for high humidity and low flue gas concentration conditions. It is equipped with a multi-stage filter, which can effectively eliminate the influence of particulate matter, water, and sulfur trioxide on the results.

3. Equipped with a high-power electronic refrigeration module, it has good refrigeration effect and large temperature difference.

4. The pre installed fine filter has a filtration accuracy of up to 50 μ m and an integrated design, making it easy to carry and operate.
