The XB rotary decanter is a specialized equipment for discharging the supernatant from the SBR reaction tank. The rotary decanter is driven by an electric push rod, and the decanting weir groove surrounds the drainage pipe to achieve continuous drainage of the decanter.

structural style
The XB rotary decanter is mainly composed of an electric control box, an electric push rod, a main and branch decanting pipe, a weir tank component, a float component, an outlet component, a stroke control, a base, and other parts. The rotary decanter is connected to the underwater part of the actuator by an electric push rod. When drainage is required, the central control system will give a signal to command the motor to drive the screw to rotate. The electric push rod will push forward, and the water collection weir will descend with the rotation of the horizontal pipe, starting to decant. The discharged supernatant will be discharged through the drainage pipe. When the decanting is completed, the counter inside the push rod will give a signal, and the motor will reverse, pulling the water collection weir to move up and return to the preset position, waiting for the completion of the next cycle.
