Construction and working process
The XLC type cyclone sand removal machine, as shown in Figures 1-4, consists of an impeller, transmission shaft, electric motor, reducer, sand suction system, etc. The inflow enters the pool from the tangential direction, forming a vortex. The vortex mixer controls the flow velocity and flow state of the water flow. The water flow carries a large amount of sand adhering to organic matter, which peels off from each other under the shear force of the slurry plate mixing. Relying on the self gravity of the sand and the vortex effect, it sinks towards the central sand hopper, and the peeled organic matter overflows upward with the axial water flow. The sand accumulated in the sand hopper is lifted by an air lift pump or sand pump, and the sand and a small amount of sewage enter the sand water separator outside the pool. The sand is separated and discharged, and the sewage flows back to the grid well.
