Dual power automatic transfer switch (ATSE) is an automatic transfer switch that integrates switch and logic control without the need for an external controller, truly achieving mechatronics integration. It can realize automatic, electric remote, and emergency manual control.

Detailed introduction

1、 Product Features

The operation of the dual power automatic transfer switch is managed by the logic control board through various logic commands to manage the operation of the motor and gearbox. The motor drives the switch spring to store energy, and the instantaneous release of the acceleration mechanism quickly connects and disconnects the circuit or performs circuit conversion. Safety isolation is achieved through obvious visible states, improving the performance of various electrical and mechanical devices. The switch is designed with a metal casing, which is compact and sturdy.

The control part of the dual power automatic transfer switch is a metal shell, and the switch shell components are made of glass fiber unsaturated polyester resin, which has strong dielectric properties, protective capabilities, and reliable operational safety.

The switch is suitable for automatic switching between the main power supply and the backup power supply of the power supply system, or automatic switching and safety isolation of two load devices.

The switch has a beautiful, novel, simple, small size, and comprehensive functions.

2、 Product Usage:

The dual power automatic transfer switch is mainly used for load conversion of one main and one backup or mutual backup power supply conversion systems and mains power and generator sets in distribution or motor networks with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V, and rated current 16-3200A. It can also be used for isolating circuits and lines that are not frequently connected or disconnected.

The product is widely used in the transmission and distribution systems and automation systems of important power supply places such as fire protection, hospitals, banks, and high-rise buildings that do not allow power outages.

3、 Performance and features:

Adopting double row composite contacts, transverse pull mechanism, micro motor pre energy storage and microelectronic control technology, basically achieving zero arcing (without arc extinguishing hood);

Adopting reliable mechanical and electrical interlocks, with independent load isolation switches for executing components, ensuring safe and reliable use;

Adopting zero crossing technology, it can be forcibly zeroed in emergency situations (while cutting off two power sources) to meet the needs of fire linkage;

The load isolation switch conversion is driven by a single motor, which is reliable, smooth, noiseless, and has low impact force;

The operator drives the motor to only pass current at the moment of load isolation switch conversion, and no working current is required for steady-state operation, resulting in significant energy savings.

The load isolation switch is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device to ensure the reliable and non interfering operation of the common and backup power sources;

4、 Installation dimensions and wiring diagram

1. Switch structure description

1. Electrical key lock: Control the power supply of the internal control circuit of the control switch. When the electrical lock is turned on, the switch is automatically operated. When the electrical lock is turned off, the switch can be manually operated;

2. Operation handle: When using the operation handle to operate the switch, the electrical lock must be turned off;

3. Position indication: indicates the working status position of the switch (I, 0, II);

4. Control voltage: switch control voltage level AC220V;

5. Switch body: The front part is an I circuit, connected to the "common power supply"; The latter part is the II circuit, connected to the "backup power supply".

2. Correct installation method of switch

Switch wiring instructions (see correct installation method A for switches)

1. Switch from left to right, I、 Connect the copper bars of the II circuit to the common power supply (front) and the backup power supply (rear) phases A, B, C, and N.

2. The control power supply is taken from the common power supply, the backup power supply C phase, and N phase.

3 I、 Connect the AC220V control power supply of circuit II to terminals 102-103 and 104-105 respectively.

4. When entering the upper (lower) line, copper bars or wires are used to connect the A, B, C, and N phases of the lower (upper) end I and II respectively as outputs.
