The structure of XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector has its own characteristics, which improves the dust collection efficiency, adaptability, and extends the service life of filter bags. Through production practice, the equipment runs stably, has small maintenance requirements, and has a wide range of combinations.
The composition of XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector:
(1) Box body: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton, maintenance door, box body design with a pressure resistance of 5000Pa.
(2) Spray system: including main air pipe, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
(3) There are two forms of intake and exhaust parts: one is the standard ash hopper type, and the other is the open flange type.
Structural characteristics of XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector:
The XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading device, spray cleaning device, and electric control system. There are seven series of single machine pulse dust collectors, each specification is divided into two types: standard with ash hopper (type A) and open flange (type B without ash hopper). Pulse single machine dust collector has the advantages of small volume, large processing air volume, compact structure, and easy use. Single machine pulse dust collectors are suitable for dust removal in transportation machines, elevators, warehouse roofs, bottoms, packaging machines, clinker crushing, and other places. Single machine pulse dust collectors are widely used for dust removal and purification of non fiber industrial dust and material recovery in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, machinery, and mining.
Working principle of XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector:
When the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to inertia, the coarse particles of dust in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. It plays a role in pre collecting dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper is then deflected upwards and captured on the outer surface of the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The purified gas enters the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge in a cyclic manner to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
Application scope of XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector:
The XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector can be used for dust and smoke collection systems in asphalt mixing plants, such as crushing, grinding machines, dryers, furnaces, etc. The material of the dust collector filter bag is generally polyester needle punched felt, which allows continuous use temperature ≤ 120 ℃. If the filter bag uses Metas high-temperature needle punched felt, its allowable use temperature can reach 204 ℃. This series of dust collectors can be combined with various specifications of electromagnetic valves according to different specifications. The XMC pulse jet single machine dust collector can operate under negative or positive pressure without any changes to its body structure. The dust collection efficiency is over 99.8%, and the purified gas dust concentration is less than 100mg/m3. If this series of dust collectors is used in cold regions or when the flue gas is below zero, insulation and heating devices need to be added, and the shell should also be subjected to phase strain.
