Overview
The liquid absorption method for pharmaceutical waste gas treatment equipment in Xinjiang and Shaanxi is an operational process in which water or other organic (inorganic) solvents are used as absorbents, and pollutants in the organic (inorganic) waste gas are transferred from the gas phase to the liquid phase through mass transfer. Common Process Technologies for Pharmaceutical Waste Gas Treatment

1)The drug containing dust and waste gas generated during processes such as crushing, screening, mixing, filtering, drying, and packaging should be captured by high-efficiency dust collectors such as bag filters and wet filters.

2)Organic solvent waste gas should be preferentially recovered using processes such as condensation, adsorption condensation, and ionic liquid absorption. If it cannot be recovered, combustion methods should be used for treatment.

3)Deodorization measures should be taken to treat fermentation exhaust gas.

4)Acidic waste gases containing * should be treated with water or alkaline solution absorption, while alkaline waste gases containing ammonia should be treated with water or acid absorption.
