Xuzhou Three Effect Evaporation ProcessIt is composed of three evaporators connected in series. Low temperature heating steam is introduced into the first effect to heat the waste liquid, and the generated steam is introduced into the second effect as heating steam, causing the waste liquid of the second effect to evaporate at a lower temperature than the first effect. This process is repeated until the latter effect. The first effect condensate returns to the heat source, and the other effects condensate is collected and output as desalinated water. One part of the steam input can evaporate multiple times the amount of water. At the same time, high salt wastewater undergoes sequential concentration from the first effect to the final effect, and crystallizes and precipitates when the final effect reaches supersaturation, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation of salt and wastewater.

Design characteristics and advantages of three effect evaporator
Triple effect evaporation systems often consider recovering the heat from condensed water or secondary steam to achieve energy-saving goals. In wastewater treatment, automatic online cleaning of preheater fouling and automatic online cleaning of the entire set of three effect evaporators are also designed.
The three effect evaporator has the main characteristics of uniform steam heating, liquid film flow evaporation of the feed liquid, high heat transfer efficiency, and short heating time. If the hot press pump is further configured, it will have the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, low steam consumption, and low cooling water circulation.
