There are two forms of bearing housings: integral and partial. For bearings below 6.3, integral bearing housings are used; for bearings above 7.1, partial bearing housings are used. Both types of bearing housings require cooling water, and the water consumption varies depending on the working temperature and ambient temperature, generally considered at 0.5-1m/h. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil inside the bearing box is L-AN46, a full loss system oil, and the amount of oil added is according to the requirements of the oil level mark. The regulating door is a device used to adjust the flow rate of the fan. The regulating door blades are petal shaped and installed axially in front of the air inlet. Due to the use of an external transmission structure, they are flexible and convenient to rotate. The adjustment range is from 90 (metal closed) to 0 ° fully open. When viewed from the direction of the air inlet, the lever position of the regulating door is from the right side. For the right side rotating fan lever, pushing it from bottom to top is the fully closed to fully open direction. For the left side rotating fan lever, pulling it from top to bottom is the fully closed to fully open direction. In order to ensure the normal operation of all parts of the regulating door, it is necessary to lubricate them well. High temperature (260C) lubricating grease is used to ensure the lubrication effect of the fan during high temperature operation.
