This series of insulated gear pumps is suitable for conveying heavy oil, asphalt, resin, detergent, rubber and other media that do not contain solid particles and have solidification properties at room temperature, with a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃. It is also suitable for outdoor installation in high-altitude areas and for situations where insulation is required during the process.

This series of insulated gear pumps belongs to external meshing gear pumps, with a tooth profile composed of a combination of circular arcs and sine curves. Transport medium, stable output flow rate and pressure. The pump body is equipped with an insulation jacket pump for heating, insulation, and cooling. When the viscosity of the conveying medium exceeds 1500cSt, a deceleration transmission method should be used.
