The YL series filter press special pump is a horizontal single-stage single suction centrifugal pump developed based on similar imported equipment, combined with the characteristics and requirements of domestic filter presses, and introduced, digested, and absorbed advanced German technology. It is an ideal special equipment matched with filter presses, completely solving the disadvantages of insufficient pressure, easy seal damage, and short component life of general centrifugal pumps and positive displacement pumps used on filter presses.

Design Features
Designed entirely around the working conditions and usage requirements of the medium conveyed by the filter press. The impeller adopts a rear opening design, a wide flow channel, is not easily blocked, and is resistant to crystallization and particles; The sealing form adopts advanced mechanical sealing technology from Germany, and the sealing end face is made of high-quality solid hard alloy with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance; The suspension components use three imported bearings, and the suspension components are long, so the pump runs smoothly, has low noise, good sealing effect, easy maintenance, long service life, and is suitable for use with various filter presses.
