      Overview of YMKL type desulfurization pump
      The YMKL desulfurization pump is a single-stage single suction long shaft submersible pump developed by our company based on similar products at home and abroad. This pump is suitable for transporting highly corrosive media containing solid particles and abrasives at temperatures ranging from 0 ℃ to+100 ℃.
      All parts of the YMKL desulfurization pump that come into contact with the medium are made of imported PPH material that is molded at high temperature and high pressure in one go. The lower sheath material is made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, which has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy maintenance, and long service life. It is fully comparable to similar imported equipment.

      Pump performance range: flow rate 1.6m3/h-400m3/h, head 5-80m, submerged length L ≤ 1.8m.

      YMKLType desulfurization pumpIt is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, support pipe, outlet pipe, shaft, pump frame, bottom plate, sheath, filter cover and other parts.
      YMKLType desulfurization pumpThe motor is fixed on the motor frame with bolts and transmitted through an elastic coupling. The pump body, support pipe, and pump frame are connected as a whole with bolts and fixed on the bottom plate. The entire pump is installed in the container through the bottom plate.
      6、 Disassembly and assembly of pumps
      1. Disassembly of pump:
      a、 Remove the connecting pipeline of the pump, loosen the connecting bolts between the motor and the motor frame, remove the motor, and rinse the pump with clean water.
      b、 Loosen the connecting bolts between the pump body and the support pipe, remove the pump body and unscrew the impeller, and remove the pump cover and lower sleeve.
      c、 Loosen the connecting bolts between the support tube and the base plate, and remove the support tube.
      d、 Remove the pump coupling, dismantle the upper and lower bearing covers, take out the rotor components, and gradually remove the bearings and other parts.
      2. The assembly method of the pump is opposite to the disassembly method of the pump. If you encounter difficulties during disassembly or assembly, please contact our technical department:
      7、 Installation, start-up, and parking
      1. Installation
      a、 After the pump is assembled, check whether all fasteners are tightened and manually rotate the coupling to see if it rotates flexibly. The concentricity between the pump shaft and the motor shaft should not exceed 0.3mm deviation on the outer circle of the two couplings.
      b、 The distance between the suction port of the pump and the bottom of the container shall not be less than 1.5 times the diameter of the pump suction port, and the distance around shall not be less than 2.5 times.
      c、 The outlet pipeline of the pump must be supported by a separate bracket, and the weight of the pipeline must not be added to the pump body.
      2. Start and Stop
      a、 Rotate the coupling by hand to see if it rotates flexibly and whether there is any heaviness. If there is, try to remove it. At the same time, check that the liquid level height must be 180mm above the centerline of the impeller.
      b、 Jog the motor to make the rotation direction consistent with the direction specified by the pump.
      c、 Close the valve on the outlet pipeline.
      d、 Start the power supply, slowly open the valve on the discharge management to the required performance, pay attention to the bearing temperature not exceeding 75 ℃, and regularly add high-temperature lithium based grease resistant to 160 ℃ or above to the grease nozzle on the pump frame.
      e、 Normal parking should first slowly close the valve on the outlet pipeline. Long term disuse should remove the pump from the container and rinse it clean.
      f、 If any abnormalities are found during the operation of the pump, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and maintenance.
