1、 Overview
This series of pumps belongs to single-stage single suction centrifugal pumps, and its main structural feature is that the impeller retreats into the pump chamber behind the pressurized water chamber. When the impeller rotates, a through flow and circulating flow are formed in the bladeless chamber in front of the impeller. The through flow enters the pump chamber through the passage between the impeller blades and flows out, while the circulating flow circulates in the bladeless chamber. Due to the low pressure zone in the middle of the circulating flow, solid particles fall into this area and flow out under the drive of the vortex. Therefore, most solid substances can flow out directly from the bladeless cavity without passing through the impeller.
2、 Purpose:
Suitable for conveying complex media or fluids containing impurities, such as two-phase fluids containing short fiber substances or feces in kitchen waste, also known as non clogging pumps. Compared with other impurity pumps, cyclone pumps have the following characteristics:
⑴ Good unobstructed performance, able to pass solid particles approximately equivalent to the pump outlet diameter, but has a certain degree of destructive effect on the transported material.
The axial clearance between the impeller and the pump body is not as sensitive to pump performance as centrifugal pumps, and does not require clearance adjustment.
⑶ Good wear resistance, without the problem of increased clearance after wear causing performance degradation. In addition, the vast majority of solid particles do not pass through the impeller, so the wear on the impeller is correspondingly reduced, and the service life of the impeller is long.
The impeller is an open radial impeller with a simple manufacturing process. The impeller flow channel is easy to machine and the impeller is easy to balance, ensuring smooth operation.
⑸ The pump has good suction performance, good anti cavitation performance, and can pump liquids with high gas content, as well as liquids with high concentration and viscosity.

4、 Design Features
The structure and flow of a swirl pump are significantly different from traditional pumps, therefore swirl pumps have the following characteristics:
1. There is no clearance between the impeller and the pump body, and there is no problem of wear causing an increase in clearance and a decrease in performance.
2. Due to the fact that most solid particles do not pass through the impeller, the non clogging performance is good, and the wear of the impeller is correspondingly reduced.
3. The majority of the transported material flows out under the swirling motion of the bladeless cavity, resulting in poor non-destructive properties and significant destructive effects on the material.
4. It can transport liquids containing gases.
5、 Structural characteristics of the pump
The pump body is designed for axial suction and radial discharge. The discharge port is perpendicular to the shaft, and support feet are cast on the pump body and directly fixed on the base. The pump cover is fixed to the suspension through a stopper, and the pump body and suspension body clamp the pump cover. Remove the connecting nut between the suspension body and the pump body during maintenance, and the rotating part of the pump can be withdrawn from the pump body without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines. This is a commonly used chemical pump structure internationally. For large-sized pumps, an intermediate extension joint should be added between the pump coupling and the motor shaft. This way, during maintenance, the intermediate extension joint can be removed, and the rotor part can exit the pump body without moving the motor.
