1、 Overview
The YSF series floating oil and scum separation equipment is a new generation of oil-water separation equipment developed based on the vortex type oil collection cylinder floating oil absorption machine. This machine has better oil absorption effect, reliable operation, convenient operation, reasonable structure, good technical performance, and energy saving, making it an ideal oil-water separation device. After being put into use, it received unanimous praise from users.
Scope of Application
This machine is suitable for absorbing various components of waste oil floating on the water surface, including engine oil, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, and other liquids with a specific gravity lower than water. Regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the water surface, it can be collected and recovered.

3、 Local features
Compared with other models of oil collectors, the main features of this machine are:
1. Automatic operation without the need for dedicated personnel;
2. Reasonable structure, light weight, small volume, and easy operation;
3. Added a secondary separation device on the ground to improve the purity of the recovered oil;
4. Adjust the draft depth of the float, and the machine can recover regardless of the thickness of the oil layer on the surface of the oil separation tank
5. The oil collection cylinder produces oil without disturbance to the reservoir, resulting in excellent oil recovery efficiency and low moisture content;
6. The upper end of the oil collection device is equipped with a filter screen, which can prevent suspended solids from blocking and ensure reliable operation of the equipment.
4、 Structure of oil-water separation equipment
According to the functions of its various components, it can be divided into the following three parts
1. Oil collector
It consists of a float and an oil collection cylinder. This part is placed in the oil separation tank, and the upper end face of the oil collection rod is kept horizontal and buried under the oil surface by adjusting the draft depth of the float, in order to collect floating oil.
2. Power plant
This section includes the oil pump and vacuum tank. The floating oil in the oil separation tank is sent to the oil-water separation device for secondary separation by the oil pump through the oil collection cylinder.
3. Oil water separation device
This part is placed near the oil separation tank, which separates and recovers the inhaled floating oil through secondary separation. The oil flows into the oil collection tank through the oil outlet, and the water returns to the oil separation tank through the clear water overflow outlet.

7、 Environmental and economic benefits
