Drum type grid cleaning machine, also known as drum shaped grid frame grid cleaning machine, fine grid filter or spiral grid cleaning machine. Working principle
The rotating cleaning net cylinder moves in a circular motion at a 35 ° angle in water at a speed of 5-8r/min, with one-third of the net cylinder submerged in water. Wastewater and floating debris enter the interior of the mesh tube from the lower opening, and the floating debris adheres to the inner wall of the mesh tube and is carried out of the water. When the mesh tube rotates to other high points, impurities fall into the garbage conveying system due to gravity and are conveyed and pressed to the discharge outlet. The filtered sewage flows away through the gaps between the mesh tubes.

Ordinary grilles generally require screw conveyors (presses), while drum type grilles integrate cleaning, pressing, and conveying to improve energy utilization and reduce management investment.
The drum type grille cleaning machine has a fixed gap between the mesh tubes, so the cleaning is thorough, overcoming the defect of the gap movement of ordinary rake toothed grilles, and the cleaning efficiency is over 95%.
The fixed components of the mesh tube are all cut by water cutting, which will not cause deformation during the cutting process, ensuring cutting accuracy. After splicing, the whole is machined on a lathe to ensure the concentricity of the mesh tube, ensure its reliable operation, and extend its service life. The rotational power of the conveying and pressing device and the power of the mesh drum rotation are provided by the same reducer, which has a compact structure and reduces energy consumption. The spiral blades are made of 6mm stainless steel 304 drawn, and the pitch gradually decreases from bottom to top, gradually increasing the pressing capacity.
control system
The control system is optional or self provided for users, and can be used by connecting the power cord on site.
On site start stop control buttons are used on the electrical control box, which is equipped with equipment start stop buttons. The signal lights are energy-saving, and the electrical control box has a remote control interface. The electrical control box is made of stainless steel shell and is rainproof outdoors.
