ZGH vertical high-speed mixer is an efficient mixer developed by our company based on technology. Its main features are as follows:
Utilize the centrifugal force generated by the vertical high-speed rotating blades installed at the bottom of the machine body and apply it to the material, forming a vortex shape with the outer periphery rolling upwards and the center concave downwards, to fully mix and stir the material inside, outside, upper, and lower layers;
Using the high-speed crushing blade installed on the side wall of the machine, the material rolling up from the outer ring is crushed, while also acting as a disturbance, increasing the relative motion between the materials and improving the mixing effect;
Due to the combined action of the two types of blades mentioned above, the material can be fully and uniformly mixed in a relatively short period of time, and its efficiency is comparable to other types of mixers in China;
