The ZGTX series, ZGT series, and TZ series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant desulfurization pumps are a new generation of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and wear-resistant series desulfurization pumps jointly developed with well-known domestic universities based on the actual characteristics of wet flue gas desulfurization industrial and mining in China, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of similar products at home and abroad. This series of pumps has a wide range of applications and is suitable for conveying flue gas desulfurization conditions containing solid particles in industries such as power, steel, coal, alumina, smelting, papermaking, and building materials. Can be used as a circulating pump for absorption tower slurry, limestone slurry pump, gypsum slurry transport pump, wastewater pump, emergency slurry pump, etc. in FGD devices. In addition, our company also provides TIH series process water pumps, TDQ series submersible pit pumps, and TZJL series submersible pumps.
1. The fluid profiles of the impeller, volute shell, and guard plate of the ZGTX absorption tower desulfurization slurry circulation pump, ZGT series desulfurization slurry pump, and TZ series standardized chemical process pump all adopt the solid-liquid two-phase flow hydraulic model developed by well-known domestic universities based on the characteristics of FDG in China. This also makes the pump more efficient and more suitable for the working conditions of the absorption tower slurry circulation and slurry delivery pump in the FGD device. On site practice has proven that our product is resistant to cavitation and has no local wear. Its high efficiency and wear resistance are higher than the desulfurization pumps currently used in FGD sites!
2. ZGTX absorption tower desulfurization slurry circulation pump provides various materials such as Cr30, CD-4MCu, 2605, 2205, 304, 316, 316L, etc. according to different operating conditions. The overcurrent component adopts an all metal structure, with low hydraulic friction loss and higher efficiency than non-metallic pumps with the same parameters. The geometric dimensions are easy to control, the surface smoothness of the parts is high, the gaps between components are small, the volumetric efficiency is high, and the overall efficiency is higher than that of non-metallic pumps.
3. The ZGTX absorption tower desulfurization slurry circulation pump uses wear-resistant plates instead of ring seals in its structure, avoiding the rapid wear of the ring by the slurry and resulting in a rapid decrease in pump efficiency. The pump shaft has a large diameter and a short cantilever, which reduces the deflection of the shaft during operation and extends the service life of the seal. The layout of the pump is a pull-out structure, using an extended diaphragm coupling for easy maintenance. When disassembling the impeller, mechanical seal, and shaft components, the entire rotor assembly can be pulled out from the motor end without disassembling the pump's inlet and outlet pipelines or the motor. The shaft seal adopts a containerized mechanical seal and a back blade structure. The back blade can prevent solid particles from entering the mechanical seal, extending the service life of the mechanical seal. The containerized mechanical seal is easy to disassemble and replace, and the dynamic and static rings are made of silicon carbide to silicon carbide, which is more suitable for sealing slag slurry media. The static seal uses polytetrafluoroethylene, and other metal parts do not come into contact with the medium, avoiding corrosion of the mechanical seal.
4. The TZ series standardized chemical process pump is characterized by the pump cover being fixed to the middle bracket through a stopper, and then clamped in the middle by connecting the pump body to the stopper of the middle bracket. The pump body is designed for axial suction and radial discharge, with a foot supported design that is directly fixed to the base. The suspension components are fixed to the middle bracket through a stopper and supported on the base by the suspension. For the convenience of disassembly, an extended coupling has been designed. During maintenance, it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet connecting pipelines, pump body, and motor. Only the middle connecting piece of the extended coupling needs to be removed to exit the rotor components for maintenance.
5. The TZJL submersible pump is a vertical single-stage single suction centrifugal pump. This series of pumps has a semi open impeller with stirring blades on the suction side of the impeller, which plays a role in preventing blockage and sedimentation, preventing solid particles from settling at the bottom of the tank and being unable to be pumped.
